Re-Booking process.
Existing customers will have the opportunity to re-book on priority booking weeks (Weeks 8-10) If you no longer require your place on the next course please let us know on the last lesson. (If you fail to do so you may be invoiced for the next course.) To ensure a place on the next course payment must be received within the priority booking deadline.
The re-booking process will guarantee a place on the next course; it will not however guarantee a specific time slot.
All pupils are subject to movement within the class schedules, and due to the range of ability levels it is possible that no space will be available during the same time slot. We will endeavour to be flexible in allocation of places according to ability, but may find it impossible to meet every eventuality.

Changing room’s policy.
We ask that you treat the changing rooms as you would at a public pool, children over 8 should use the correct changing room for their gender and parents changing children under 8 should use the changing room for the parent’s gender, NOT the child’s. Please also be mindful of the older children getting changed.

Mobile phones and video recording equipment
There is a strict “NO PHONE OUT” policy in the changing areas, on pool side and whilst watching lessons from the viewing areas.
If you wish to take photos of your child, please see a member of staff who will be happy to help.

Cancelled lessons.
Swimming pools are hired from a range of organisations that are directly responsible for the pool maintenance; occasionally we encounter problems outside of our control and have no option but to cancel a lesson. The missed lesson will be added on to the end of the course. Text messages will be sent to advise of any closure and updates will be put on our Facebook page.

Lesson Procedures.
Please ensure your child wears a swimsuit that is not too loose or baggy as this can create ‘drag’ in the water and make swimming more difficult.
Parents are responsible for children in the changing area.
Please try not to distract your child during the lesson; this can also distract the teacher and the other children in the lesson.

Class Size.
Listed class numbers are target figures and cannot always be guaranteed. There are times when a teacher may be unable to attend due to sickness. In the unusual event of this, every effort is made to provide a replacement but occasionally classes may need to be combined.

Refunds & Cancellations.
Staff, Teachers and pool space are paid for each term based on the numbers booked into the swimming school. Therefore it is our policy not to offer refunds or make-up lessons for non-attendance. Cancellations will not be accepted and no refund given after lessons have commenced.
